Rivina brings together the context you choose to connect and helps you see who needs your attention and why. Maybe you promised a customer an introduction, or a supplier you used to speak with every week hasn’t been in touch. Rivina helps you pick up where you left off, with what you last discussed and what still needs an answer.

Rivina’s first phase is in beta testing for enterprise use. We’re now developing Rivina for healthcare, where a hospital, a medical practice, and a home-care provider may each play a part in carrying out the same patient’s care plan.

A patient is due to go home on Thursday. Their family can help that evening, but the home-care provider has moved its first visit to Friday. Even if the change is already in the record, the patient still needs to know who will be there when they get home. Someone on the care team has to make the calls to find out.

These are the kinds of gaps we believe AI can help close. We’re developing Rivina to help care teams follow up when arrangements change. In this case, the aim is to find out whether a Thursday visit is still possible and get a confirmed answer back to the team while the patient, their family, and the clinician still have time to decide what works for them.

Security is part of Rivina’s foundation. The conversations and relationships you choose to connect can be deeply personal. Rivina encrypts personally identifiable information, and we’re building safeguards and operational controls as we work toward GDPR readiness, SOC 2 attestation, and HIPAA compliance.

Phone assistance is also in development. When you can’t take a call, we want Rivina to recognize who’s calling and bring you their message along with the context you need to respond.
